Brainwave Manipulation Methods
Entrainment is is a well understood scientific principle where one oscillating system can affect another oscillating system and cause it to vibrate at the same frequency. Brainwaves, which represent electrical impulses in the brain, range from 0.2 - 40hz, and can be manipulated by presenting a constantly repeating stimulus that causes electrical impulses to be fired at the same frequency, quickly causing entrainment to occur.
